In order to stream content directly from the site, you need to have a broadband Internet Connection such as DSL or Cable. Unfortunately, dial-up connections are too slow for streaming good quality video. Next, you will have to download and install the Adobe Flash Player plug-in. Once installed, restart your computer then log back into the site, select a movie or scene and click on the play arrow.
If you are seeing this message when trying to watch videos it means your browser does not have the proper cookie settings enabled that are needed to stream our videos. Please make sure that your browser accepts cookies, including third party cookies. In Internet Explorer under Internet Options, make sure the Privacy settings are set to Medium (default).
This problem generally occurs when the cookie is not properly set. We rely on third party cookies (see above) for member sessions, so that you don't keep having to login after watching a long video. To correct this problem, logout, then log back in and let the first page fully load before browsing to other sections of the members area.
There are a few possible reasons. Make sure your membership hasn't expired yet. It's also possible that you are using the wrong username/password combination. Check your purchase confirmation email that was sent to you when you originally signed up, this email will contain all of your login info. If you didn't receive an email when you signed up, it is possible that it was sent to your spam folder. Be sure to check your spam folder if you are using a web based email service such as Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail since they sometimes mistakingly send our emails there.
Be sure to enter both the username and password are case sensitive, meaning that "Password" is different than "password". If you have a mix of upper and lowercase letters in your username or password, be sure that these are entered exactly how they appear in your confirmation email.
If you share your password with friends or other people your account will automatically be blocked, as we do not allow sharing of passwords. We have software in place that detects shared passwords, and those logins are blocked due to a violation of our terms.
Multiple login attempts using the wrong username and/or password will result in your login being suspended for a period of time. For this reason, if you try to login once and are denied, be sure to double check that you are entering your username and password correctly. If you still can't login, you may have been blocked, in which case you will need to contact us so that we can look into why your login was blocked. If you have any problems with your password just contact us.
In order to reset your password, please click here and enter email address that you used when subscribing. Also, you can visit the website of the payment processor that you used to subscribe to the website and fill out your details to reset your password.
If you cannot remember your username in addition to your password and no longer have the confirmation e-mail from the original sign-up, please contact the billing company that you used to subscribe to the website and they will be happy to provide you with your password or any other login information once your membership can be confirmed.
First, you need to have a broadband internet connection such as DSL or Cable. Dial-up connections are too slow for streaming the videos. On slow connections it's better to download the video to your computer first.
Make sure you have the latest version of your favourite browser installed. To make sure, just download it and install it again. It will install over your current (and possibly outdated) version.
If the movie is still freezing every few seconds, after making sure you have the latest version, try waiting 30 seconds before clicking the play button again. That should give the player enough time to buffer enough video in advance to play without stopping.
Just right-click the "Click to Download" link that is displayed above the video that you want to download and and select "Save Target As" or "Save Link As". A box asking you where you would like to download the movie to will appear. Select the destination of the file and click save.
